Columbia, South Carolina and Rock Hill, South Carolina- January 2018

NAI Earle Furman’s Multifamily Division arranged the $25MM sale of Windsor Shores, Cricket Hill and Village Station Apartments, a 424-unit portfolio located in Columbia and Rock Hill, South Carolina. Tony Bonitati, Kay Hill, and Bern DuPree arranged the transactions on behalf of the Seller, Boyd Management based in Columbia, South Carolina. Triangle Real Estate of Gastonia acquired the portfolio and were not represented in the sale.

Windsor Shores is an apartment community constructed in 1985 and consists of 160 one, two and three-bedroom units. Cricket Hill, constructed in 1985, consists of 88 two-bedroom units. Both properties are located in Columbia, South Carolina and feature community amenities such as a pool, fitness center, tennis courts and a playground. Village Station, located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, was constructed in 1986 and consists of 176 one and two-bedroom units. It features such amenities as a pool, storage units, a fitness center and tennis courts. All three properties were fully occupied at the time of sale.
