After graduating from North Carolina State University, Allen joined NAI Piedmont Triad in 2018 and soon transitioned to the role of Associate within the North Carolina office of Furman Capital Advisors. He specializes in investment sales of income-producing properties among all asset classes, providing his clients with support and guidance through financial analysis, transaction strategy and coordination, portfolio management, and market research. Allen is a CCIM candidate, member of Greensboro’s Future Fund, and past SIOR scholarship recipient.
