April takes care of all aspects of commercial real estate sales/leases documentation including preparing documents for listing agreements, offers to purchase, leases, commission agreements, etc. April also prepares brochures for new properties as well as inputs information to various web-based search engines. Additionally, April researches all aspects of properties including tax cards, maps, deeds, plats, and more. Prior to joining the NAI Piedmont Triad in 2018, April worked for fifteen years in the legal field with various firms in Greensboro, NC. In August, 2020 she received her Real Estate Broker License.
