Bailey Cooke graduated from East Carolina University with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Multidisciplinary Studies in 2022. Bailey joined Furman Capital Advisors in 2022 following a Real Estate Development internship with Samet Corporation in Greensboro. Bailey is a native of Greensboro and is excited to begin his commercial real estate career in his hometown.

Rob joined the Investment Services Group of NAI Earle Furman in 2012 and became a shareholder in 2021 and currently serves as Director of Furman Capital Advisors. Rob specializes in the acquisition, underwriting, marketing, disposition, sale-leasebacks, 1031 exchanges and portfolio sales of single-tenant and multi-tenant commercial investment properties throughout the Southeast. As a 2007 Graduate of Hawaii Pacific University’s College of International Business, Rob specializes in cultivating out of market relationships by sharing market knowledge and the many benefits of investing in the Southeast. Rob’s team has been directly involved in hundreds of transactions totaling over $750 million while representing a variety of private, public, and institutional clients.
