Bern co-leads the Multifamily division of Furman Capital Advisors and is a Shareholder of its parent company NAI Earle Furman. Since joining the team in 2014 Bern has been directly involved in over $1 billion in multifamily transactions throughout North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

Bern offers a unique combination of operational and transactional experience. He provides clients with comprehensive financial modeling, acquisition due diligence, disposition and recapitalization strategies, capital needs assessments and more.
Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman, Bern was Vice President of Vista Capital Management Group, a full service property management company specializing in multifamily management throughout the southeast and mid- Atlantic regions.
Bern has a BA in Business Economics from Wofford College. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
