Rob joined Furman Capital Advisors in 2011 and specializes in the acquisition, underwriting, marketing, disposition and 1031/1033 Exchanges of single-tenant and multi-tenant commercial investment properties throughout the Southeast. As a 2007 Graduate of the Hawaii Pacific University’s College of International Business, Rob specializes in cultivating out of market relationships by sharing market knowledge and the many benefits of investing in the Southeast. Rob has been directly involved in hundreds of transactions totaling more than $500M while representing a variety of private, public, and institutional clients. Rob received his CCIM designation in 2023 and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and an active volunteer with Rebuild Upstate.
