Kay co-leads the Multifamily division of Furman Capital Advisors and is a Shareholder of its parent company NAI Earle Furman. Since joining the team in 2011 Kay has been directly involved in over $1.5 billion in multifamily transactions throughout North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Kay oversees all transaction related activities for the team.

Kay specializes in multifamily valuation and sales as well as site selection for development projects in both North and South Carolina. She successfully represents her clients by applying her southeast market knowledge as well as her finance and business acumen to the Carolinas’ commercial real estate landscape.
Prior to joining Furman Capital Advisors, Kay spent three years of working in commercial real estate in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Kay is a Florida State University alumni and also holds an MBA with a Real Estate Finance Concentration from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a licensed broker in North Carolina and South Carolina and in 2015 became the first female partner at NAI Earle Furman.
