NAI Piedmont Triad will open the North Carolina office of Furman Capital Advisors
Greensboro, North Carolina (October 1, 2018) – NAI Piedmont Triad, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in the office, industrial, investment, land, multifamily and retail markets, today announced it will open the North Carolina office of Furman Capital Advisors to specialize in investment services for clients. Both NAI Piedmont Triad and Furman Capital Advisors are wholly owned subsidiaries of NAI Earle Furman in Greenville, SC.
The addition of Furman Capital Advisors is a strategic move to provide clients with access to a unique investment platform, as well as connecting them with profitable real estate opportunities throughout the Southeast and the country.
Furman Capital Advisors will operate as an investment division of NAI Piedmont Triad and will focus on bringing income producing assets to the market, performing financial analysis of available investment properties and utilizing resources to facilitate growth and the preservation of wealth for investors.
The North Carolina office will be initiated by Beau McIntosh, CCIM and will join the Furman Capital Advisors team currently led by Peter Couchell, CCIM and also consisting of Rob Schmidt, Tyler Robertson, Jimmy Wright and Edward Wingate. Together, the two offices bring many years of experience and the ability to capitalize on synergies between the two markets in the Carolinas.
