Rob joined the Investment Services Group of NAI Earle Furman in 2012 and became a shareholder in 2021 and currently serves as Director of Furman Capital Advisors. Rob specializes in the acquisition, underwriting, marketing, disposition, sale-leasebacks, 1031 exchanges and portfolio sales of single-tenant and multi-tenant commercial investment properties throughout the Southeast. As a 2007 Graduate of Hawaii Pacific University’s College of International Business, Rob specializes in cultivating out of market relationships by sharing market knowledge and the many benefits of investing in the Southeast. Rob’s team has been directly involved in hundreds of transactions totaling over $750 million while representing a variety of private, public, and institutional clients.
